Do we have to replace our current IT provider?

No. Digital Fix works alongside your existing IT team or provider. We can take on the Apple side, like device management, deployment or security, or support your Apple devices end to end. Your team stays in control, and nothing gets ripped out and replaced.

Can you get devices to our jobsites, not just the office?

Yes. With zero-touch deployment, iPads, iPhones and Macs can ship straight to an office, jobsite trailer or employee. When they’re turned on, they enroll automatically and install the right apps, settings and security, so crews don’t wait on IT to get started.

How do you handle subcontractors and short-term crew members?

We set up access that matches the length of the job. New people get the apps and project access they need when they start, and it’s removed when they leave, so former team members don’t keep access to drawings, files or systems.

What happens if an iPad is lost or stolen on a jobsite?

Every managed device is encrypted and can be locked or wiped remotely, so a lost device doesn’t turn into a data breach. We can also get a replacement set up and shipped quickly to keep the crew working.

How do you protect us from ransomware?

Firms working against deadlines are a common ransomware target. We reduce that risk by keeping every device encrypted, updated and protected with MFA, and by limiting access to only what each person needs. That way, one stolen password or bad click is far less likely to stall a project.

Can you set up devices for different roles, like superintendents, project managers and field techs?

Yes. Using Apple Business Manager and Jamf, we create a setup for each role, with the right apps, access and security settings. A superintendent’s iPad can come ready with drawings and daily reports, while a field tech gets work orders and photo tools. If someone changes roles, we update their device remotely.
